Beds were clean and soft

The charger port in room didn’t work, the shower had hair in it and both the shampoo and conditioner were totally empty!!!!!

Property is very old, everything is noisy, lifts are noisy, air conditioners are very noisy, walls have old paint, carpets are not so clean. You can hear others, very old bathrooms, staff isn't too friendly, at night you can smell smoking cigarettes or whatever.
