Our beds and bathroom were full of hair. They definitely did not clean the room. We got in late and left early so we just sucked it up

Beds was great , clean but smelled real bad ,had to spray no ice machine.was told they had bacon but only had sausage that we don't eat had to go else where to eat left early when we checked in it took 30 mins and then he put my card on someone else room I called ahead and ask for a down stairs room and it to be a handicap and I got a down stairs room but not handicap so I couldn't take a shower.im write them about my stay and they told me that the a refund I needed to go thru booking.com because it was you guys that charge my card and then they gave me a refund it would go back on your card not mine so I'm asking for a refund I'm very disappointed in so many different things however the place was quiet you even got to see killer beaz which is the reason we were coming in this to see a show it was nice to pull up from it and he was standing there and greeted us that part was outstanding it is in a quiet area motel was very quiet just didn't feel very creative when we got there and this was mistake after mistake after mistake I would like to you use you guys again cuz I felt that that part went well thank you

See above, I accidentally put it on the part of that I did like but if you read you will see the things I didn't like please refund my money for my stay it was just bad bad I kept going downhill they did say they would try to address the things I told them and try to make it a better stay and ask that I come back and give him another chance and I will be willing to do that if this is taken care of thanks again

"Motorcycle Trip - Back of the Dragon"

Had a really good experience. Got there a little early and my room was ready so i was allowed to check in. Friendly staff at front desk recommended outstanding local dinner (Pizza Perfect) that offers delivery. Free breakfast had a lot of options and was very much appreciated.
