Nice place, clean and staff are professionals.

It was nice to have the kitchen and the room was clean. However on check out day the manager on duty was walking around outside and came back in and was watching the windows. She proceeded to tell me that there was a car jacker outside and that she had called the cops and brought the guys bike inside. As we was getting ready to pull out he had followed a guest in the door got his bike and took off. While the manager was on top of it, it still was a little of an uneasy feeling to know that this was going on.

The hotel is actually nice, is an older building that was just renovated everything is almost brand new. They’ve issues with the area around, they had multiple vehicle brake-ins (broken windows and small items going missing) and they had to add “security” around the building. Also for some reason they are having lots of issues with the elevator and 5 days I had to use the stairs. I had plumbing issues with my sink am that i fix myself, i lots my electrical 3 times and while i was cooking and i ended having to wait until the next day to get it fix, and lastly it was hard to cook because the smoke alarm would activate constantly. Way too many issues for one stay… Lots of potential but is bot there yet…

Tub was dirty had pubic hairs in it, sheets were dirty, tv didn’t work and I was told it was something with the cable company… I couldn’t get any other room in Columbus because they were all booked. I came from Atlanta and had no choice but to stay because of the events that were booked in advance for my daughters birthday.

The room itself was nice - comfy bed, nice shower, noise was relatively low.

They only gave us one key card for two people - and then only one entrance was accessible, which REQUIRED a key card to enter. The site said that the pet fee was $25 per pet, but once we got there they said it was $75 per pet. There was no one at the desk, including no way to contact someone, for ten minutes during checkout. The neighborhood was pretty rough.
