The property was recently updated, which was nice to see, but it was very dirty. In my room, the tile of the shower was completely broken and the floor was disgusting. My coworker and another room said that there was a partially consumed bottle of water. It’s clear that they went through a really nice remodel that there is no attention to upkeep. An efficiency business hotel should have an iron in the room and there was nothing. The amount of grime in the bathroom was really disgusting. I’m not sure how this hotel got favorable ratings because the check-in also took forever.They were people hanging out in the check-in area for no apparent reason and it was unclear whether they were even staying there.

"Everything was as expected and that made me happy."

Location was great, easy access to everything that we needed to get to. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the variety of breakfast meals since we were there for 5 days. Cookies were good too!

The bathroom and bathroom counter space was a bit small. Would have been nice to have a hot tub for a relaxing evening. Ice Machines were limited (some not working).
