A wonderful stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel. The design is elegant and refined,the room was spacious, clean,and very comfortable.and the lobby felt truly sophisticated. The seasonal cherry blossom decorations added a beautiful touch. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. when I had a minor medical issue, they went out of their way to help me find a doctor. Special thanks to Bhatt Prakash for guiding me so thoughtfully to a nearby pharmacy -- it meat a lot. Traveling in a new city feels much easier with such caring support. I would happily stay again.

"エスパシオフロアは眺望を除けば文句なく最高"

エスパシオフロアラウンジが良かった。ラウンジのメニューは４連泊しても飽きない工夫がされていたが、朝食のメインが３種類しかなく残念。連泊客が少ないからだと思うが、朝食のメインメニューを増やすか、同じ材料でも味を変えて欲しい。ラウンジ、ホテル内レストランともに食材の質が高く、味についても大変満足している。エスパシオフロアとベルサービス双方の対応は非常に良かった。

中部国際空港行のリムジンバスがホテル玄関でなかったため、雨の中を通りを渡らなくてはならなかった。他の観光バスは玄関に乗り付けていたのにリムジンバスが止まらないのは不便。エスパシオラウンジは最上階にあるのにも関わらず、エスパシオフロアは最上階ではないため毎回の移動が大変であった。部屋からは隣のビルの屋上が見え眺望は悪かった。エスパシオフロアからの眺望が悪いのは、上階に移動するなど改善が必要であると思う。４泊したため、眺望については大変残念。

Hotel is not so far from Sakae, Nagoya Castle and Nagoya City Science Museum. Various of restaurants behind the hotel. 7-11 and Lawson are very close to the hotel.

"這次因為早上6:00要checkout及寄放行李過夜還需要叫計程車，原本很緊張不太會說日文、加上太早擔心叫不到車會行程delay，後來前一晚請飯店幫忙叫車，櫃檯很有耐心、很親切的幫我處理，蠻方便的。"

ホテル全体落ち着いた雰囲気。お部屋は広くゆったりしていて必要な物は全て揃っていたので快適に過ごせました。タオルやスリッパもふわふわで気持ち良かったです。 建物は年期が入ってても丁寧に使用・メンテナンスされておりロビーのお花も凄く綺麗。 繁華街ではないからお店やレストランは多くないですがその分静かでした。 朝食は行った時間が遅かったのもあるのか、メニューのバリエーションが余り無かった気がしました。 ですが立地、サービス、部屋の広さからしたらお値段がかなり安いのでコスパは良いと思います。
