New Haven Inn

Terrible cleanliness, bed initially had ants, very unsafe surroundings, smells like a homeless shelter. Only redeeming quality is that the staff are somewhat accomodating.

Staff was ok. He helped change my room.

Bed wasn't comfortable. Bathroom had no towl for the floor. Almost fell. TV remote couldn't turn TV on. My room ac was cool enough. Environment of the place looked very dirty and drugs activities could be easy observed.

Inadequate parking. Not the propertys fault.

I like how cheep they are but you get what you pay for. Few working lights and outlets with doors that barely close and windows that fall off when opening.

This place needs an upgrade.

Dirty rooms full of dust, furniture with dirty stains, amenities in suites covered by dust, tiny bathrooms with toilet bowels under the sink, missing floors panels, stained mattress covered in blood stains and covered by plastic wrap, dirty old clothes on the floor
