The location was in a good area

I didn’t like it at all the room smelled like cigarettes smoke and mold

We always enjoy stating here. The guy that runs the place ia always ready to help in anyway. The only conolaint ive ever had is that rhe housekeeper needs to pay more attention to detail. I use to run days inn and econolodge in Lavonia Ga and that is the one thing i would stress to my staff, clean it like it was your house, orher then that ive never had any complaints.

They allowed pets

Gave us a dirty room first. Moved us. Second room was barely any better. Shower has mildew or mold on ceiling- toilet paper roll was empty. Non smoking room but blanket had multiple cigarette burn holes in it. Patched walls from holes that had not been painted over. Litter pans under every outside air unit. Inside air control had missing knob’s. And concrete stairs were busted.

Where do I start….I guess it would be the first thing I had to do….plunge the toilet in order to flush the pee I just took. There was a bar of soap left on the tub with somebody else’s hair, the comforter on the bed had cuts from a knife in it, the sheets looked new but the pillow cases were not and looked dirty, the towels were like rags, the carpet felt a little damp….I guess I got what I paid for. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. I don’t normally leave reviews or complain about things, but this place was disgusting.

Convenience of location it was definitely a surprise to see a garden tub in with the bed.

The shower wasn't appealing due to the grout making it look unsafe to shower in.

The room was dirty the shower looked liked it hasn't been cleaned in weeks the toilet wasn't fastened to the floor the had a musky smell but the guys at front desk where nice and the towels sucked all you had was hand towels to dry of with

This was NOT an handicap room even though it was “advertised “ as one. NO grab bars in the shower. Toilet too low; bed too high. The shower curtain was NOT clean and smelled. The walls were in disrepair and the ceiling had a leak that needed repair. Also, it was on the SECOND floor with stairs to climb since all nonsmoking rooms were upstairs. However, the room smelled like some had been smoking in it and there was a trash bucket outside the door with cigarette butts and cigar tips in it! I would have moved to another motel but none was available.

We would expect a full refund. The room was so bad that we left and did not come back. We did not stay at all. Pictures of the room below. I attempted to reach out to HOTELS.com but that is not a user friendly part of the app. The manager said if you call them, he will approve a full refund. I used a credit we had and I am fine with the refund of both rooms being a credit on your site.

There wasnt one. Location has changed companys. Room was filthy. Came home and washed EVERYTHING and took a shower.
