The property was amazing and the staff helped us out immensely with getting taxis, airport transfers (ask for dez, she was an angel) and recommendations. The only reason I gave a 4/5 for amenities is because the restaurant was closed for renovations. Everything else was exceptional.

Everyone was great! Polite, accessible, friendly and active conversations. Marco and the other security guard were on their job yet attentive enough for conversations. I am truly thankful to you all for the directions, transportation from the airport and to the museum, clean rooms, and beautiful property. One week was not nearly enough time.
My stay here was pretty great and it was perfectly located for carnival season! It is also walking distance from the boat to the Cayes which was perfect for a day trip. I enjoyed the pool the parking access was more than convenient.
It was a nice resort, but no phone to call and ask questions. I didn't want to go out in the torrential rain. Also the restaurant was closed so I had no dinner.
Loved my stay!! Felt very safe. Had an *amazing* massage by Gisele. Room amenities are minimal but the AC and water pressure are good! Property is beautifully maintained. Very walkable
Walking distance from the ferry port but only felt safe making that walk during the day. Restaurant next door was expensive. Should have gotten food by the park where the locals eat. Lovely room. So clean. Simply wonderful hotel with a warm pool.
