Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely inviting ground next to water, lots of birds gathering in the trees. Room was clean and fresh. Wished they had a fridge for our leftovers.

I cannot say enough about the quality customer service. Michelle's team are consistently helpful and pleasant and ready to assist. The restaurant is convenient and such a comfortable place to relax and chill and grab a quick bite before you're off to your next adventure. Great place to use as a base for trips and excursions, especially if headed to the water taxi, which is a very short walk.
The hotel was fine. Staff friendly and helpful although they got the time wrong for our taxi pick-up. We were very disappointed not to have a coffee maker in our room or available in the lobby. There were not a lot of places to eat close by and we didn’t feel safe walking any distance after dark.
