Staff was excellent

Hot tub wasn’t working

The breakfast could have been better. The sandwiches were still cold. Husband had to microwave it.

Comfortable, friendly and very accommodating. The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful and polite. The property is showing it's age a little. Nothing falling apart, just a bit dated. We would definitely stay here again!

Under staffed, services late, staff available tried but overwhelmed

nothing. It was a horrible experience and one I do not ever want to repeat. The person in charge of the property and a resident of the hotel was the worst I have ever seen in my career.

I have been treated like an outcast. I was told, "you dont have the right name", "your not elite"..... We are Native American and we traveled quite a way to do business in Grand Rapids, we dont get treated like that alot but when I do get treated how we were, we know exactly why they would not honor our reservation even though I had done the pre check in and only needed the keys to the room. I was humiliated in front of people and discarded like trash

The room was nice but the air conditioner didn't work and it got hot in the room. Then i found out it was a cashless hotel which was an issue for me to buy any snacks since i dont have plastic payment methods. Also the breakfast was not good at all. When i went it was all stocked but very limited even for hotel breakfast, then my wife went 10 minutes later and everything was empty. We stay in about 40 hotels per year and this rates at the bottom of my list.

We stayed in room #131 and found these things in need of repair. Security latch loose and missing screws. Dead bolt did not work. Wall outlets loose and not able to hold a plug securely. No USB outlets available. Wall lights near bed not working. Hairdryer was missing. Water pressure at the sink faucet was high enough to use as a pressure washer. The breakfast and that area were adequate.

It was ok Breakfast was not great The fitness room was missing lots of weights

The wifi was horrible and I could not connect for work I had ro leave and go somewhere else for wifi connection

Ideal for business meeting.

At breakfast the choice is limited and too much waste of packaging.
