"On the whole a great location for Poole for a short stay with some lovely vistas of the Bay and Harbour"

New flat, well provisioned. Right on the port key. Very secure parking undercover.

The lifts in and out of the premises. Two lifts to the garage parking and one lift to the ground floor once we found it (2 days) flat numbering very confusing. Garage roof was low in the space I was allocated, count me out with the hatchback beware!

The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Everything was provided , a hospitality tray on arrival, the beds were really comfy, the view from the lounge was great. Toiletries in both bathrooms , and even beach towels to use. I cannot fault anything . We even had a laugh using the lifts and trying to find our way back to the apartment. Location is superb for all the pubs and restaurants in Poole, close to the ferry for Guernsey and Cherbourg. Boat trip to Brownsea Island on the doorstep.

"It was a great location easy access by foot or by car to a number of attractions. Very enjoyable !"

That I was able to email in advance my ID and then to just collect the keys. I was taking my elderly parents on holiday it was helpful that I didn’t need to leave them in the car for any length of time.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like, the building works we had been prepared for and generally they weren’t a problem for us!
