I was unable to check in my room because there wss no power the clerk was very rude acted so unbothered and I had drove 3hrs&had a party to get dressed for....had to find another room

The staff were lovey. They remembered me and my family from a previous trip we had taken. The check in was simple, fast and easy. Pillows were very cozy.
