The location was excellent! The staff was amazing!

The pull out bed had dirty bedding on it. The phone in the room was dis connected. It took quite some time to get through the line at check in, but the whole city was busy for multiple events near by.

The hotel itself was the perfect location. It was just disappointing to have paid for one room, then be shifted into a much less nice room, with us being told at check-in, "Sorry, but we gave your room away, have a great night!"
