The location

There are no USB ports in the room. Was given a handicap room, did not ask for one. There was no vent in the bathroom for shower steam.

The front desk staff was amazing

I didn't like that. The hot tub was way too hot, and I did not like the fact that we were not allowed to bring beverages into the pool area
