I stayed here for 7 nights and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. – The Wi-Fi in the room was practically unusable — I had to rely on mobile data the entire time. – The shower door was broken, and the shower head was damaged. – The room was not cleaned even once during my whole stay, although it was stated that cleaning should happen every 2 days and linens changed every 3. Only after I wrote a message on day 5 did someone finally come. – The “breakfast included” was not provided, despite it being a “Bed & Breakfast” and clearly marked as included in the booking Q&A. There was no coffee, no croissants, and no warning. I lost €1.20 trying to get water from the vending machine on the property, which also didn’t work. – The terrace was very dirty, with broken chairs and table. – There was mold in the bathroom, and overall hygiene was below expectations. – The host also addressed me in Russian before arrival, even though I am not Russian, which I found very uncomfortable. I appreciated that the host offered to pay for breakfast after I mentioned the missing services, but unfortunately this doesn’t change the overall negative impression. I don’t recommend this property unless serious improvements are made.

Host was responsive via WhatsApp. Close to Molo Manfredi for boats to Capri and Ischia.

It was very loud and impossible to sleep. Bath room needs some renovation. Photos of the room look nicer than it is. No breakfast, only coffee or tea early in the morning. No personal contact with host (only WhatsApp messages).

I liked the room, everything in it, it was perfect, and the host Veronica was friendly, helpful and very kind. We had espresso anytime we needed and she also provided us with sweet bread at our disposal. She also offered juice and bottled water. It was a nice touch which meant a lot.

Shocking mattress and no hot water . Host was unfriendly and agreed a partial refund which I never got . Dreadful stay . I would not recommend at all. Very unprofessional and neglected rooms . Only good thing was location . Very disappointed.

Beautiful, historical building and B&B with much effort in the art and decor. I was blown away on arrival and the size and beauty of the place. The location was close to the historic district and restaurants and small markets for basic groceries. Coffee, snacks, etc were kept full. Small refrigerator in the room. Toaster oven in dining area. Good wifi in the room. Host was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up and provided lots of great instruction and tips for our arrival. I never met her or saw her presence on site although someone did provide fresh towels whenever we would leave. There seems to be someone there in one of the rooms doing this but we never met them. I found that unusual but there were no issues.

Taxis are hard to get in the area but the host was helpful with calling them. Hard to maintain the temperature in the shower and the overhead rainwater has no pressure. Room was cold and there is not ability to heat on cold, rainy days. The small bed in the room has a bar that goes across your back and is very uncomfortable. A better desk for working would have been nice. The old, tiny tv in the room is pretty much useless in a room that size because you can't see it. No fresh fruit or food as was presented in the pictures, but plenty of coffee and packaged snacks. No use of the kitchen or ability to prepare your own food. A microwave would be nice since there is no kitchen available. Wifi signal does not reach the dining area.

Shockingly disgusting stay . Rubbish poor mattress and no hot water . Host agreed to partially refund and never received anything . Not to be trusted . Id strongly advise not staying here . Shocking .
