La struttura è molto bella con arredi particolari. La stanza con la vasca davanti al letto è bellissima. Anche la piscina è piacevolissima. Si cena nel prato o sotto la tettoia in legno, cucina ottima con carne e verdure favolose. Villa lav è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Vale Balle. Un paesino incantevole. X raggiungere il mare serve l'auto. Sconsiglio la bici sia elettrica che normale, le strade non sono larghissime, non c"è ciclabile e corrono senza occuparsi dei ciclisti. Ma per il resto il posto è meraviglioso ci tornerò di certo!

My stay at Villa Lav was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. First and foremost, the staff were incredibly unfriendly. We were barely greeted upon arrival and throughout our stay, they made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. Their attitude only got worse as the days went by. We even overheard loud and unprofessional comments about the guests, and it was obvious they were talking behind our backs on multiple occasions. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. The worst part of our stay was the first night. Villa Lav decided to host a wedding, and the event took place right under the windows of our room. The loud music and noise continued late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. The venue made no effort to inform us in advance, and no apologies were offered for the disruption. It felt as if the comfort of their hotel guests was completely secondary to making a profit from events. On top of the noise and unfriendly atmosphere, the rooms were in a shockingly poor state. During our entire stay, only once housekeeping cleaned our room. The rubbish wasn’t collected, and it was clear that basic cleaning standards were ignored. The lack of cleanliness was just another layer of disappointment that added to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, Villa Lav managed to make what should have been a relaxing trip incredibly stressful. Between the unfriendly staff, the lack of consideration for their guests, and the filthy rooms, I cannot imagine returning or recommending this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
