The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I loved the goodie bag.

The TV was messing up, the microwave burn every bag of popcorn i made, and honestly the front desk didnt have scissors. Like simple little things that people traveling might need. I was kinda upset because I paid $250 for 2 nights and had to watch TV on my laptop which had to be plugged in from across the room as there was one plug behind the night stand and phone chargers were in it. Also the whole floor smelled like weed which I get its legal to smoke but being that I work in the recovery field its embarrassing that it was strong enough to get on my clothes and my boss questioned my sobriety over it.

Lady at the front counter is a rude ungrateful peasant. She does not tip the delivery drivers. Delivery drivers, you’ve been warned. Female mr. Krabs who works the front desk

Location, took pets

Noise level, not putting all pet rooms together, smell, etc.

The price

The beds and pillows. Also the lack of front desk staff. We waited 30 mins to check in because there were 5 people trying to check in with the only person working the desk. In the middle of check in there were numerous other guest trying to ask questions about there room. She did the best but was definitely overwhelmed.

The location was perfect, right next to the freeway and in an exceptionally nice area. Everything about the hotel was immaculate. The receptionist was new, but she took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that our room was in good condition before giving us our keys.
