Room exceeded our expectations and we will come back.

Blow dryer was broken and microwave was very slow. Maybe next time they could be checked before we check in.

"Clean Room & Friendly staff"

All of the staff were very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns! The hotel and the room was clean. It was a good place to stay - location was good to visit family in Palm Coast.

I am very sensitive to scents, perrfumes and chemicals. Something in the facilty bothered me. It may have been the cleaning supplies. This probably would not bother most people.

"Don’t be fooled by the reviews!!"

Absolutely Ridiculous!! Stayed in several hotels over the years this is the loudest by far, it was like having a disco club in pool area for hours at night!! Cleanliness was good and that as far as I would go also location. You would think management would handle the situation as I watched families shaking there heads wondering how i could get out of this without losing money, unfortunately you can’t!! Oh and nothing better than sheriff’s in the parking lot looking for someone or something several times!! Lol
