Location and bed was very good.

The lady working the front desk 3 June/Wednesday later afternoon and evening needs people skills training. She seemed rude to us on check in. We placed our bags in the room and came down to see where the breakfast room was located, my wife walked in to the open door room to see the layout and if they had a waffle maker. This lady yelled at my wife saying “ what are you doing ! I put her “ in check” real fast . Explained what my wife was doing and said the door was open to walk in. Told her she needs to work on addressing paying customers with a much friendlier attitude.

Left my Nintendo switch in the room post checkout, when I realized I didn’t have it not even 30 minutes after leaving, I had called to ask if they had located it. House keeping manager was extremely rude in the various interactions I had with her, and despite the fact my switch never made it home with me, they claim they never found it. The rooms AC unit has mold in it which triggered my partners severe allergies
