Staff had a poor attitude.

There is a sleeping possibility and all the stuff that are required for a person to do what is required to stay

It is not enough clean somewhere and some accessories are part functioning

Better than sleeping on the street.

This place is run down, dirty and uncomfortable. 1. The bathroom areas were tiny and the floor wet and dirty. There was just one towel used by everyone. 2. The bed looked run down and just barely maintained. The wall to the back of my heart was damaged and I couldn't rest on it without fear of breaking more. 3. The kitchen was just sparsely cleaned and my thoughts of cooking something vanished as soon as I stepped foot into it. I booked for a week, but left after 2-3 nights because I valued my sanity enough to seek for a better place.

The only good thing about this hostel is the early check-in time. I arrived at Lviv at 8:00, so 11:00 check-in was the best option, while in other hostels it's 14:00.

The photos of the hostel provided here must be very old. Everything there is old, ruined, dirty and smelly. Only one lady meets guests, cleans the hostel, makes beds and so on. She never answers the phone. I had to wait for 40 minutes before she even let me into the "lobby", because she just washed the floor and wanted it to dry. After a night in the bus I had to sit 40 minutes in the dirty corner of the inner yard on the "guest bench" and wait. The bedroom is located next to the kitchen, so my clothes soaked up the smell of fried onions. The bedsheets were surprisingly clean, but not very fresh. When I checked out, the lady was not there and she didn't pick up the phone, so I had to leave like that. The lady is doing her best, but the hostel is nevertheless horrible. I don't recommend it.

Excellent location and nice staff, good facilities for such a price.
