"Good hotel"

The receptionist was nice and accommodating even at midnight. He even apologized for the wait time even though it appeared that he was really frazzled with the many guests trying to check in. Dove toiletries - not just the usual you get in other hotels. Good breakfast buffet - nice selection of food and tasted good too.

Elevator is too small. Corridors too small especially with the luggage carts. Cleanliness can be improved especially with the carpets in the common areas.

The first room we were given was dirty—the toilet wasn’t working upon arrival, there were spider webs on the ceiling and curtains, and the bathroom appeared unclean. We requested a different room, but it was even worse, with stains on the pillow, an unclean bathroom, and a dead fly on the bed. Due to the poor conditions, we chose not to stay the night. We were told that management would call us the next morning, but we have yet to receive any follow-up.
