"Had potential with great amenities but customer service/hidden fees didn’t level with nice amenities"

It was clean, I was greeted immediately upon arrival at midnight . Beds were comfy and nice amenities.

I got double charged and frauded and tried to contact property at 2:30pm ESTin afternoon and the person on the other end says a manager is gone for the day and when I asked to speak to a manager and what hours they work they advised 8a-4p EST. Hidden costs, and no one cared or responded back after i have communicated these three different ways Nobody has refunded my card the additional $237 and it was only supposed to be $140. Additionally , the offered breakfast but forgot to mention additional costs.

Easy check in, friendly staff, and good location.

Room had trash behind night stand and pool was down for maintenance and never told when booking or checking in(had to ask) with no clue when would be working again.

The room was a great size. A little updating would be nice to see. It was clean with some general conveniences like a microwave and mini fridge. I only brought my phone charger without a plug so I was unable to charge my phone. Updating the rooms with modern plugs would be nice. Over, very happy with our stay.

"We got there around midnight so we weren’t there for very long but probably wouldn’t choose to stay"

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Room smelled like cigar smoke and shower tile around the lower part looked like it had dirty moldy grout. Several chips where paint was missing around the room made it seem not great.
