The name welcoming on the Tv screens are always a great thing to see, the rooms on the Hampton side and the Homewood side are both very nice I have stayed on both sides and i would be returning for a 3rd time soon

There is no outside patio sitting area and the way the pool has the closedown side it makes it look a little disgusting.

"It was fine, the breakfast was the highlight."

The pool area. It smelled like weed in the main lobby. The room was fine. No regulation on loud unruly guests.

"Great Location and Service "

I stayed at the Hampton in Downers Grove over Labor Day weekend, and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you might need. The hotel offers great amenities, including a gym and laundry facilities, which made my stay much more convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the only negative I experienced was the condition of the toilet upon arrival—the upper inside of the bowl was not clean. I contacted housekeeping, and to their credit, they responded promptly and had it cleaned within about 45 minutes. Despite that one hiccup, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and overall cleanliness.

The front deck person nicole was amazing, there was an issue with my booking that was made by the third party when booking. She took good care of me Hopefully the payment issue was resolved and i will not have to pay for the stay twice.

I've stayed here last year also. The breakfast had a very good variety of foods for most people. The staff kept coffee brewed and refreshed the scrambled eggs and sausages. The hotel and the hotel landscaping was clean, neat, and well maintained. The room was nice, we used the pull out sofa bed. The mattress was comfortable.

I love the property. It was very clean. The rooms were great love the king suite also the shower was phenomenal. That’s probably was the best part of my stay was how well the shower felt.

I look forward to the hot tub, but I have had better. I don’t think the water was hot enough and kids kept jumping in and out of the hot tub.
