Super 8 by Wyndham St Charles

It was located close to many shops & restaurants, & staff was very nice & welcoming

The shower head in our room only dripped out water. Half the water from the faucet ran into the bathtub while you had the shower going & the rest of it barely dribbled out of the shower head. Very loud location, ppl in hallways disrespectful late at night.

Room had weird marks on walls, doors and sheets… had a weird smell… the toilet was nearly falling off the wall… two of my bags were stolen during check out and they said they didn’t see anything and that they wouldn’t check the cameras

The property was nice!

The parking lot is very hard to use.

ca sentait mauvais dans l etablissement et le gerant nous a clairement menti pour la piscine annonce et pas du tout fonctionnel

over all, place was clean , front desk staff were polite

had terrible smoke smell (POT) Friday evening and also Saturday evening. I called the fron desk Sat evening about it,(The smell was overwhelming) I told them I thought it was coming from room next to us, but the clerk said it was probably the room across from us (I think they knew about it to say that) We even put towels at the bottom of our door , but that didnt help the smell from coming into out room. A little later we could smell air freshner, so someone must have come up to our area and sprayed it, but it was so strong, it made my eyes water. Not a pleasant expperience. This was to be a NON SMOKING AREA, but hotel staff does not enforce it.
