The front desk lady was pretty nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfest was good.

Our sink was leaking a lot and then didn’t drain. They sent maintenence up and then he left to get plumbers tape and said he’d be back in a few and didn’t come back for almost 2 hours. We were unaware that he had to leave the hotel to go buy the tape. The front desk lady was unable to locate the maintenance worker and had offerred to move us to a different room, however, we had our dog there with her kennel which would have been a huge inconvenience to have to move ALL of our stuff to a whole nother room. Once maintenence finally came back, we had a maintenance person in and out of our room which made it very difficult to leave to go anywhere or do anything since we were waiting on them and it made it impossible to relax alone after a long drive and a long day. By the time he even came back with the tape I was in the shower and then had to rush outside of the shower before they came up to the room. At one point we needed to go to sleep and told them to just have the maintenence man not worry about it because we were already so tired and frustrated. Additionally, the hotel says they are pet friendly, however, when I told them I had my dog with me (even though I booked the hotel with my dog being on there), the lady gave me a worried look and asked if it was a service animal, which should t matter since the hotel is supposedly pet friendly, thankfully, the dog is a service animal, but I don’t see why this even had to be asked? Overall I spent the rest of my evening (and entire stay at the hotel) completely annoyed and frustrated. I wanted to have a nice dinner with my boyfriend but we weren’t comfortable leaving with mantenence coming in and out randomly.

The rooms were nice

Had an EV charger. Complete exercise room. Size able pool.

The noise became too loud with the other guests who loaded from buses to attend a sports event. Teenagers.

Clean. Near stores/food. The pool area was nice

Staff weren’t the friendliest. Breakfast staff extremely rude. Breakfast should be included. The eggs were liquid, they weren’t even cooked.
