Bob was friendly and helpful and apologized for no elevator. Called his boss about double charge for security deposi. Worked hard to put on nice breakfast

I was charged $50 twice for a security deposit because I booked through a 3rd party and the deposit hasn't been returned yet. The dryer didn't dry our clothes after $4. We ended up going to the laundromat next door and it dried in one cycle. No elevator, we were on the 3rd floor. Older building.

The hotel was clean and the rooms had good amenities. It was easy to navigate to in the car and easy to park.

The first room we were allocated had not been cleaned. We were given another room and it was damp smelling. At breakfast the man on the desk watched everyone very carefully. It felt quite unnerving to be watched while eating breakfast. They also take $50 upfront and it takes 3-5 working days to be paid back onto your card. That’s the first time we have had that in the hotels we have stayed in.

only one thing is the location

3 Story building, no elevators, loud, everyone dragging they luggage up on the stairwell, carpet is so dark you can't tell is clean or not, room is smelly, etc.

"Excellent deal for quick stay"

Was travelling through. For the money the room was perfect for what I needed. It was a bargain. The available breakfast is nice.

Room smelled a little off. Little rough but for what I needed and the price it worked. Eggs for the breakfast need some work but the rest is very nice as an option.
