This was the most horrible experience of our lives. Our room wasn’t ready. We were assigned another room. Our key didn’t work twice. Walking down the hallway, it was dark and dingy. First clue. The room was absolutely disgusting. I took pictures. It looked like a crime scene. It looked like blood spattered on the walls. The tub in the bathroom was black. I can’t describe what it looked like. We just left. I knew talking to the manager wouldn’t do any good. I will dispute the charge on my credit card with the pictures. They need to be shut down immediately.

"BEDBUG INFESTED "

They have a bedbug infestation. My husband and I were only in the room for about an hour before we were being attacked by bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the bugs, they moved us to another room and the same thing happened after about 30 minutes. We left and were refused a refund. They denied there being any bedbugs even though we had brought dead bugs to the desk to show, and several photos, and bites all over us. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We booked online through Agoda App. When we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation. We walked outside to confirm and when we came back in they said we had a reservation but that since we were rude and questioned it we couldn't stay. He kicked us out. The entry way had a dirty microwave and creamer packets all over the floor and it smelled gross.
