Quality Inn Auburn Campus Area I-85

How close it was to where I was traveling for work.

Very dirty. Bathroom door was rotten and broken on the bottom. The air return was hanging from the ceiling. Missing paint on the walls.

Convenient location. Price good. Clean

Had a weird smell. Door from the outside was open so anyone could enter.

Was not given a do not disturb hanger. House keeping came in and only replenished towels daily bed was only made once. There was a big gap from where bathroom counter met the wall where it had began falling and they just screwed it to wall where they found it

Not clean. Killed two roaches my first night.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Views from the windows looking out over the river were very nice. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

T.V. was new but needed two remotes to operate and I never could get it to work right. Bathroom door would not shut properly. Bathroom sink faucet sprayed water everywhere, the screen in spigot may be clogged. Some switches didn’t work as we could not figure out what they operated.

The rooms were spacious and looked clean.

The air in the room did not get cold enough, the wifi was non existent (which 2 children were counting on) the tv that was provided had extremely limited usage. The water pressure was mediocre while trying to shower.
