The staff and the room were exceptionally brilliant. Very pleasant welcome when we arrived to check on. Breakfast staff were very helpful.

The price to park!!!! €21.50 per night ontop of your room charge. Also, It states that you have 70 parking spaces. We were lucky enough to get a parking space in the under ground car park. It was tight. Even after the underground car park and normal carpark were rammed and in some cases, some of arriving guests blocked in other cars to park...I counted 51 cars. I did notice additional parking behind the shutter underground. 4 days prior we stayed at the Hilton Plaza Hotel. We parked in a local underground car park opposite the hotel. Security was top notch at this car park. Brilliant and only €9 euros per night.

Je connais l'hôtel depuis presque trente ans, comme organisatrice de Congres - L'hôtel s'appelait Bedford. Cette fois, je reviens comme touriste, avec un peu de nostalgie. Et tout reste parfait.

Des fleurs en tissue. Mais c'est un détail.
