Good location

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was stressful. The staff member initially told me that we did not have a reservation, which was surprising since I had already been charged before arrival. She then informed me that I would need to pay an additional €2,000 for our two-night stay. Thankfully, I remained calm and did not react emotionally. Another staff member stepped in, reviewed the booking, and quickly resolved the issue. While I appreciate the assistance of the second staff member, the initial handling of the situation was concerning and caused unnecessary stress at the start of our stay.

Conoscevo gia questa struttura. E' comodissima per visitare la citta. Molto vicina a una fermata della metro e a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Letto comodo, colazione soddisfacente. camera pulita e personale cordiale e disponibile
