Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room is well equipped with high-quality amenities, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, an excellent Dyson-style hair dryer, a garment steamer, and premium glassware. The price–quality ratio is very good, and the location is an advantage—you can easily walk to many tourist attractions. If you prefer public transport, the U2 and U3 metro stations are literally just a few steps from the hotel. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The exhibition center is just around the corner. For breakfast, there are plenty of options, and for dinner, you can choose from dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Überaus freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft und auch weiterhin. Gutes Frühstück. Leider nur ein sehr kleiner Bereich in der Lobby beim Eingang um sich es ein wenig gemütlich zu machen...

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, sehr kundenorientierter Service, kulant mit kleinen Extras, die den Aufenthalt einfach zur Freude werden lassen. Das ist heute schon lange nicht mehr überall normal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Parken, Frühstück und Lage waren top. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung.

Das Buffet war ausgiebig und gut. Von salzig bis süss war alles vorhanden.

Am Anfang klappte noch nicht alles mit den glutenfreien Broten. Vermutlich aufgrund der Kommunikation zwischen Küche und Servicepersonal.
