Everything plus it’s convenient

The ice machine was broken. That hurt my feelings.

The hotel was welcoming and very accommodating

The staff wasn't helpful when it came to the tv being to loud the remotes weren't working at all front desk was kept saying it was nothing they could do and my son left his diamond earrings on the nightstand I called she said she found them and would call me back with a label and didn't then I called and she said she was mistaken it was another room that lost the earrings they won't let me see them so I can verify that their not my sons

No elevator

Nice, clean, quiet property. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. Very convenient to Augusta venues. Breakfast was good, but at an added charge, coffee was from Starbucks, even had cappuccinos. The hotel was a little older but well cared for and did not feel dated. We accidentally left a suit and dresses in the closet, did not realize this until we arrived home. We called the hotel and they kindly arranged to have our clothing shipped home to us.

Outside setting

No tubs an the water didn't get that hot.

Agent at desk was very helpful to allow me to check in a little early.

Breakfast was not included with my reservation so I did not have breakfast. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't included as most of the time when I stay in hotel, it's included.

The balcony was good.

No Elevator , not enough lighting outside at dark.
