The check in person (she also brought around the snack cart) was very pleasant and professional.

Breakfast was a bit skimpy

The room was horrible. The beds" linen not fresh, not white, a ball of hair was between the bed and the wall. The toilet only flushed 1 time, prayed it wouldn't overflow when tried to flush it again and again. The hallway was very creepy and dark. I was so tired, I went to sleep, with my own homemade burglar alarms... chair up against the double door and hallway door. I just didn't like the location... My husband was in the hospital and I didn't say I was alone.

It needs updating inside. Rooms are old, toilet too low (made for midgets) and no free breakfast. They put a $100 deposit on our card which we were not told about beforehand. Bistro on property pretty pricey

Very clean and comfortable Employees very friendly and professional Front desk person (Antoinette) was awesome Our bartender was DaSaundra who was very friendly

The staff was friendly , I appreciate Ms. Antionette customer services , she made sure we had everything we needed , even came by for some complimentary snacks for my children.
