"A huge disappointment."

Location

Toilet was barely flushing,sink draining very slow.Stayed here 7 years ago and found it sadly gone downhill. Hall carpets stained,just appeared not well kept. Will not stay again. The location is the big draw as I'm always returning a rental car at the airport.

"I will stay again."

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean. Location was perfect. For the most part staff was very friendly and helpful. The evening staff was exceptional.

The Sunday morning counter person needed a better attitude when checking out. The coffee was empty at 8:00 am. The noise in the parking lot was extremely loud - a gathering of people were enjoying themselves a little too much late into the night.

We didn’t get to do everything due to our short stay. But that was on us for only staying one night!

Time for a judgment call. The oft-mentioned shabbiness continues. Staff is still stellar. Property is right near the airport and most of the time the shuttle works. Frugal travelers might want to consider the Motel 6 right across the street if you're only staying one night and don't want a shuttle. No sense paying Hilton prices if you aren't getting Hilton quality. The reviews have not reflected any improvement in the past couple of years.

"Very close to airport and gas stations"

Clean and nice with a standard do it yourself breakfast - had an indoor pool but we did not use it - good for an overnight stay or a business stay
