The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa

Had dinner at the Tortuga outside restaurant. The wine was delicious The Pina Colada was undrinkable The food order was messed up-I ordered the seafood platter-Seafood fritters turned up and sent away The seafood platter eventually turned up after over 40 minutes and the lobster claws was dripping with water-obviously had been frozen and then thawed out I could not eat the se food platter I then ordered the fish tacos that were ok The whole experience has put me off having dinner with friends at the Westin ever agian

We absolutely loved our stay here! Every single staff member was kind and attentive. Rooms were clean. There was plenty to do on the property but staff were helpful in assisting in off property things as well. Great location with easy walking to restaurants. The beach area is gorgeous and has ample seating/umbrellas. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Great for families as well as just couples to relax.

So much great stuff to say about this place, but two people need particular mention: Danny is a bar manager extraordinaire - charm & professionalism in spades. And, what can we say about beach meister Georgie? Smiles, wit, genuine passion for his vocation and (above all) making sure roasting guests get ice water and expert umbrella attention just when they need it. He knows hydrated people are safe people - and more likely to press their beach buzzer for more Westin refreshments. Simon & Julia

I was very pleased with my experience at this hotel. It may have been the bonus that it was off-season, but considering it was my first time on this island, the Westin Grand Csyman helped make this quick weekend a rather enjoyable experience.

This is my mine and my husband’s 7th return to The Westin Cayman Seven Mile Beach and plan to keep returning. This resort is stunning and has the most beautiful beach. We love the staff they are all very friendly, personable and very accommodating. Shout out to all the bartenders. Special shout out to Mike and Danny for taking special care of us all week. We also had a super sweet and funny beach ambassador Georgie he always shows an upbeat personality and will put a smile on your face. Tortuga beach bar food and drinks are exceptional highly recommend the fish tacos, beach burger, pizza, mixed green salad and the chicken tenders. Can’t wait for our return in 2026!

I stayed at the Westin Grand Cayman from August 22-24, 2025, with my family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday. Our experience was absolutely wonderful — the location, beach, rooms, and the attention from the service staff were all top-notch, deserving a 10 out of 10. A special thank you to our server, Isaura, who provided friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout our weekend. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made our stay even more memorable. Kudos to Isaura and the entire team at the Westin Grand Cayman! We look forward to returning.

This resort is one of the best, if not the best on 7 Mile Beach. We have stayed here a couple of times and it just seems to get better. The best beach, pool and layout. Private gazebos, top notch service on the beach and all around. The spa was very nice and very reasonable with steam showers and saunas for all guests. The beds are so comfortable as well as the pillows. There is not much more to stay. A few call outs - Tyrese on the beach with Leonard - both rock stars. The person running the food and beverage for this resort has done a great job - the people and the food were perfect with lots of choices. You can tell they love what they do! We will be back.
