Room had something nasty behind the chair. Advertised as having pool and there was no pool. The latch lock was broken
The place was dirty. Had to put towels on chair before I would sit on it. Missing towel bar. Ac rattled and very noisy. Felt springs in mattress. Breakfast at 8:15 am had no cups for coffee, no juice no waffle mix no muffins and no staff. He had left the property he said to get an energy drink Either his hair was wash abs wet or very greasy. Never will stay there again.
Hotel staff
The room smelled like cigarettes and ass. My back has never been in so much pain, the bed was so firm we may as well have slept on the floor if I weren’t afraid of bugs. Stains on the furniture. The fridge and microwave were filthy. Bathroom door broken. A group of scary men standing around room as we pull up. But hey. Only $75. 🤘
Can’t say enough nice things about the staff—friendly, helpful, accommodating—but the room was visibly dirty, there were whiskers and soap scum in the sink, and roaches everywhere.
This property is in terrible shape. Our first room assignment stank of smoke, and after we signed a no smoking promise.
The stay was decent, we had 2 rooms and they both had their own complaints. The first room the air was on the lowest setting but the room didn't feel as cold as it should, the bathroom door handle was broken so it seemed like the knob would fall off at any point and the bathroom curtain liner was dirty. The other room wasn't as bad other than the remote not working and the office person had an attitude when we had to go down multiple times to get a new remote.
The checkin lady was wonderful. She was polite, friendly and professional!! The room was stinky, dirty, and pretty gross. The refrigerator had some gross gelatin in the freezer portion so it was unusable. Don’t think I’d ever stay here again. The pool is filled with cement!! FYI!!
Room was filthy and outdated staff was horrible
The pictures do not match the property. Pool has been filled in with cement. Building is surrounded by trash and old buckets of water.No ice machine or dryer. Staff is super friendly
