The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms could definitely use an update. Plus we couldn't get our TV remote to work. The manager tried to get it going even with other controllers but nothing helped so she moved us to another room. There was a patch of plaster and paint that fell of of our bathroom ceiling the next morning.

The mattress was fabulous, as was. The one in jackson, WY. Slept for 10 hours in Gillette. Wish the one in Sturgis was the same.

No complaints. Stop here on business when in town. Clean, quiet, nice people on desk, and near the main drag with restaurants and shopping. Start my day off with coffee, juice, sausage, and eggs. Say hi to Nepali at front desk.
