"beddings are clean. But everything else is not good."

The location is good. Close to restaurant.

The property is old. Hallway carpet is dirty. All the facilities are old.

Loved interactions with the staff. Everything was clean, even baseboards and trim. And the bed was wonderful.

"Not at the level of Marriotr"

This is the worse Marriott property where I have ever been. Not so clean. But the supervisors of the property are very despotic and unkind with the customers. For sure I will never return to this place.

"A nice place to stay while in Riverside."

Right off the 215 freeway on University Avenue in Riverside. The hotel sits perpendicular to the avenue. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower worked well. Parking was well-lit and there was plenty. Free WiFi and parking. No breakfast offered.

The bad thing about California is that everything costs so much more than in other states - and you are not getting anything unique, special or above standard. You would think that for the cost of the stay at this hotel, they would offer a breakfast bar of some sort, but, nope.

I loved everything about the property. Customer Service was fabulous. The pool was fun and the Outdoor bar and food was delicious.
