"It did the job quick rest and back on the road again."

We left at 6:15 AM no hot food just coffee/juice and snack bars

There were smokers standing outside our room when we got there. At 2:45 AM there was someone outside that sounded drunk or on drugs trying to make conversations with a hotel guest. We had our dog and he bark several times to warn them he was there. There was a roach in our bath tub

We didn't eat breakfast...looked like coffee onlly. The handicap room was very romy and the walkin shower was appreciated. Place was clean and convenient for our purposes. The area looked a little rundown. I was surprised to see there was a $50 damage deposit per room but it was refunded at checkout. Would stay there again due to location outside of Knoxville.

"Warning! DO NOT STAY HERE!"

The only thing good about this hotel is the location and the water pressure! I’ve stayed at many hotels over the past 15 years with my daughter playing travel ball, and now in college in Knoxville and this is the worst hotel motel that I have ever stepped into. It was dirty, the sheets were dirty, had hair on them & they were even sewn up in a few places, weird right? It smelled awful. Luckily we keep Lysol & cleaning supplies in our vehicles & was able to make it work for the night. They didn’t even want to give us extra towels for our stay. They were so hard it was hurting my face when I washed it. The guy at the front desk was rude also! I think they’ve even kept my $50 incidental fee. This place should be shut down. It’s in desperate need of repair. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE YOU’LL BE SORRY YOU DID I PROMISE!

Live bugs, black mold along the bathroom, stains on the sheets, dust and dirt along the shelves, live bugs ugh I couldn’t wait to get out of here never again
