Great location, wonderful staff, well-kept building and amenities. Also, amazing breakfast!

We didn’t expect our room to feel as small as it did (none of us is obese) and we felt a bit of lack of fresh air after checking in, but other that that no complaints.

Εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Το πρωινό επίσης ήταν πάρα πολύ νόστιμο, με πληθώρα επιλογών.

Θα ήθελα να έχει χώρο και τραπεζακι/καρέκλα για να κάτσεις στο μπαλκόνι. Επίσης, θα μπορούσε να έχει καλύτερη ηχομόνωση. Μιας και το δωμάτιο έβλεπε στην πισίνα, οι φωνές των ανθρώπων και η μουσική ακούγονταν ακόμη και με κλειστή μπαλκονόπορτα.

"Pause à Héraklion grand luxe"

Le petit déjeuner particulièrement copieux et de très bonne qualité était agréable. L'hôtel a une jolie piscine et les chambres sont confortables.
