The light in the cupboard wouldn’t go off and kept us awake. We ended up covering it with a jumper so we could s sleep. This is the second time this has happened in different rooms. Other awesome place to stay. X

Good location to CBD. Part of building is heritage. Good breakfast.

We had a room facing Flinders Street. In spite of double glazing you could hear trams and trains. We should have booked room on inside of building. Bar closed early.

The building is spectacular and very atmospheric. The interior and history of this hotel are very impressive. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is very pleasant. There are sockets on each side of the bed, which I think is a must-have. The room service menu was also a pleasant surprise. Also, there is a very nice bar at the hotel. The location is very good. There are shops, restaurants, art galleries, and museums nearby, as well as a train station.

Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy a hot shower during our stay as there was no hot water. I hope this has been fixed by now.
