Excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and sporting event facilities. Comfy bed and room facilities were good.

Our room felt quite "tucked away" and we needed to walk through laundry trolleys lined up in the corridors to find our room. It didn't affect or stay at all, but made me feel like we were staying in the boondocks!

Lovely hotel with history

We were in room 101, it was a little like George Orwell ha ha. Now I’m sure as it’s on Flinders St it can get noisy. But I could not sleep, I could hear a bass and constant voices or howling, possibly a club nearby, but worse sleep ever!

We travel to Melbourne often because of family there….therefore the Rendezvous Hotel is so convenient being located on Flinders St across from the train station. Also, staff are great, friendly and so accommodating…nothing is too difficult for them. We’ll continue to stay here when visiting Melbourne
