Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie

I loved the location of the property right off of the interstate.

I can't say anything negative. My stay was was a very nice experience.

The breakfasts were ok, but the coffee was very very weak. The towels were nice.

Just about everything could've been better. I didnt know the building was undergoing construction, which led to a pounding above my head at 7am, until 7pm. When I arrived at the room, there was NO running water. It was cut off due to construction. When it did come back on, it ran a rusty color. The TV never worked. I asked the front counter staff and she said" OH, just try to jiggle the wires, or see if the blue light is on". NO help at all. The TV never came on. I'm NOT jiggling wires. Construction above my head, outside my window and in the hallway. The coffee was weak tasting.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet

Loud noise coming from the AC made it a bit difficult to get a good night sleep

I really did not like nothing about the hotel, the breakfast was very below standard

For me everything in that hotel could have been much better

Nice staff so friendly

Did not like the soap scent
