"Exceptional"

I was in San Antonio for a short vacation. My stay there was great. They took care me while I was there. If I ever go back there I would not stay any place else. Where ever I go I will always stay and one of there locations.

We went for my sons baseball tournament, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and fulfilling for the family the staff in the breakfast area very helpful with special food instructions. Overall great staff and clean hotel

"Decent but too pricey"

It was convenient and the room we stayed in was large and perfect for this weekend. We felt it was pretty quiet considering the location. The bed was super comfortable! The first day we hardly had any hot water. The TV had Netflix and Prime which was really nice.

There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower when we got to the room. There was a DL in the couch that fell out when I stood up. When I went to pull out the sofa bed, another DL and credit card were discovered on the floor/under the couch. I don't think the room was cleaned very well. While the room was large, I don't think it was worth the money.

"Mostly Great"

Stayed for 9 nights. In town for family stuff and decided to make into vacation. Staff was great, for the most part, including great restaurant ideas. Location pretty central for our purposes. But one day housekeeping took all of our dirty towels and left no clean. Also the piping of the shower was done backwards (single control - turning all the way yielded max cold rather than hot).

I have met staff that are very kind and accomodating especially Jimmy in the Engineering Dept. and Arlene in Housekeeping she is a nice Filipina lady helped us in the best way she could Thank you so much and looking forward to stay in this hotel again

Great hotel for families or large groups. Loved the space only wish had full length mirrors in rooms. No frills definitely could use a modern up grade for the price. Front desk was welcoming and prepared for our early arrival. Great location for everything

"Trip"

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport. Felt secure. Room was like a comfortable nice apartment. Lots for kids to do too.
