Awful, would never recommend the room was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in

Friendly folks at reception. Nice little indoor pool, breakfast was nice and I will certainly stay here again.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was worn down. Their were stains on the sheets. The toilet didn't work well and the water kept running all night. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 AM and so I missed out on that.

It was somewhat clean, staff friendly. The only problem was that they blocked any long distant phone calls. We would be charged even with a calling card. After a little friendly chat they lifted the charges.

The hotel is in a great location. It is cose to shopping restaurants and the highway.

Hotel was good overall. Heated pool was a little too cool for my taste but large. Could use some cleaning around edges of water level mark. Breakfast was ok but No personal interplay with staff.

No outer door security. Latch was broken. Motel room washroom fan, did not work, sink drain plug broken, room had been painted but very, very poorly done. Reception lady explained about the pool and it's hours only to find it cover up for the winter !!! ??? I guess she did not know that !!

We had just stayed at another Eco-Lodge in Montreal, the night before... It was much nicer than this hotel. A bit of a let down.

The locations was great but the inside of the hotel needed to have some repairs the local TV service was absolutely horrible I spent 3 hours trying to find something to watch to relax with that evening and there wasn't one channel that work
