The location and having a gas fireplace.

Very old and outdated. In desperate need of updating- curtains were ripped/shedded. Needed to leave windows open entire time due to the musty old smell. Shower was not clean, small, with a very high shower head, not adjustable and a poor stream of water due to no water pressure. The shower head pipe was exposed. Shower door difficult to close and keep closed. All the furniture was extremely old showing wear and chairs upholstery was ripped. Mirror in bathroom was not level. Carpet was dirty. Still had paper about Covid procedures hanging on the wall in the room. Many outlets did not work. Window frames in the hallway were broken.
