I’ve rarely encountered a hotel this disappointing. Our first room arrived with sheets that appeared to be stained—possibly even blood—and the walls were grimy, covered in dark smudges and odd brown splatters. The bathroom felt like an uncleaned gas station restroom: the toilet wobbled loose from the floor, and every towel was matted with hair and discolored spots. After raising our concerns, we were moved to a second room that was marginally better, but still riddled with stains on the walls and doors. It was obvious housekeeping never moved the furniture—both under the chair and elsewhere we found layers of dust, stray hairs, and debris. Having already spent over $600, we had no choice but to stay, which quickly became a regrettable decision. By the second night, roaches were actually falling out from beneath the bathroom door. What should have been a five-day stay turned into a nightmare. Trust me: no discount on this place is worth it. Avoid it altogether.

Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Front staff told me that Booking.com charged me $310 for a room that normally cost $115. That's a minus for Booking.com but a plus for the motel.

Bathroom was NOT clean. There was major mold and soap scum in the shower stall that we cleaned with a clorox bathroom cleaner that we purchased at local 7-11. We had to use washcloth and a towel that were both black after cleaning the shower. Then when we asked for another towel we were given a hard time as to why we needed one and told is theu didn't think there were any more. But, they managed to find a towel and told us it was the last one. Given that Booking.com charged us 3 times the regular price I will never use them again.

This room was not clean when i checked in. The sheets had three cigarette burns, the comforter had stains, the ice bucket AND liner was dirty with visible hair and debris. When i pulled the top sheet back there was long hairs already there. The mattress cover was stained and had what appeared to be brown debris. I checked out immediately after seeing my room(228) in this condition.

Way over priced for the property. Construction around and difficult to maneuver driving at night. We were on our way to Norfolk and would recommend driving a few more minutes to have nicer facilities and dining options.

Walls are filthy everywhere you look, the more I looked the more I found. Sheets and towels all had STAINS of some sort. Floor was stick everywhere, my shocks were brown with in minutes of walking around the room. The room main door had to be slammed shut to get it to latch and there was a large gap under the room giving the room a kind of chill and kept the heat running.

The Room was Completely unsanitary! Had to checkout a Day early could not bare another night I took pictures of a blood stained Mattress, Molded pillows, a visably Dirty possibly bedbug infested Chair that was in the room. Roach motel is an understatement! I decided for now not to add the graphic pictures I don't want to make anyone's eyes sick from seeing such filth. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this needs to be known to all guests looking for a place to pay & stay.

Absolutely FILTHY. Mold and feces on the walls in bathroom. Mold and dirt on walls in bedroom. Microwave interior crusty with dirt. So filthy we put some of our clothing on top of beds and slept on those. Afraid to sleep in the actual bed. The most disgusting place I have ever stayed — & this includes rural areas of third world countries. AVOID this place. Better off sleeping in your car. Questionable people loitering in stairwell and outside of rooms. Made us wonder what was going on — drug sales? Prostitution?

Thought I was booking with a swimming pool, says it on their description on Expedia, there is no pool, big let down for my kids for the weekend, not sure if that’s an Expedia thing or a hotel giving false information. Either way, it’s advertised as having a swimming pool and it doesn’t.
