The guest relations agent, Kawtar, provided an excellent level of service throughout our stay. She took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. She also followed up to check if everything in our room was going well, which showed great attention to detail and genuine care for guests. Her kindness and professionalism made our experience very pleasant and memorable.
