The room had stains on the walls

Good location off of highway

Breakfast wasn’t what we expected, no meat whatsoever, eggs and biscuit and gravy, and waffles. That’s it unless you want a box of cereal. And once again NO POOL! I swear the people that owns these are the same people who own McDonalds! No milkshake, no pool! The bed sheets had blood on them, a booger stuck to the wall, pubic hairs all through the room. AND BOTH QUALITY INNS WE STAYED AT DONT GIVE YOU A NEW ROLL OF TOILET PAPER! Who does that!

Nothing. Staff is extremely rude and short-tempered.

The location was in close proximity to what I wanted to be at.

The day staff was very rude and dismissive. The rooms were extremely unclean and a lot of things were broken in them. I changed rooms more than once. All of the sheets and towels had stains like blood and urine. Some of them still stunk. The halls smelled of cigarettes. There were many drug addicts and a consistent police presence while I stayed there. There was a billing issue with my stay and the staff was really unhelpful and very rude while trying to figure out a solution to the problem. When I asked to have my receipt sent to my email the girl was extremely rude insisting that it was already sent, and that I must have made a mistake.
