Somos una atención muy personalizada

Las llaves de la habitación se desprogramaron todos los días; el piso de mi cuarto estaba muy sucio, inclusive encontré una uña tirada, supongo que del huésped anterior; las almohadas son demasiado altas; el aire acondicionado no estaba lo suficientemente frío y se apagaba cada 5hrs.
